Refund and cancellation policy

What you are buying

A plan gives you a number of full reports over a stated period, and the tools to act on them, as set out on the plans page. Plans are paid for once, by UPI, and do not renew by themselves.

Refunds

Because a report is delivered in full within minutes of your request, a plan on which a full report has already been produced is not refundable. A plan on which no report has been produced may be cancelled and refunded in full within seven days of activation by writing to the support address on the contact page.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel: a plan ends at the end of its period unless you pay for another. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the account page.

How refunds are paid

To the UPI account the payment came from, within ten working days of approval.
