1. The service

HaQoff provides an automated, informational review of residential rental agreements. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice — see the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to use the service.

3. What you upload

You must have the right to upload any document you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to produce and store your analysis. Do not upload documents containing third-party personal data you are not entitled to share.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, access other users’ data, or resell the output as your own legal advice.

5. Plans and payment

Free and paid plans carry usage limits shown at the point of purchase. Paid features remain available for the stated plan validity period.

6. Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the analysis, including any decision to sign or not sign an agreement.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mumbai having jurisdiction.
