What is delivered

An automated reading of the rental or leave-and-licence agreement you upload: clause explanations, risk flags, missing clauses, a Maharashtra legality check, a stamp duty estimate, replacement wording, and answers to questions about the document. It is legal information, not legal advice.

How and when

On screen, inside your account, usually within a minute of upload; scanned documents take longer. Every report can be printed or saved as a PDF from the report page. Reports stay in your account until you delete them or the account.

Paid plans

A plan is switched on after a person verifies your UPI payment, usually within a few hours, and you receive an email when it is live.
